Orders are shipped within three working days, counting from the payment date, unless stock is out of stock, technical specifications change, in case of force majeure, or other exceptional circumstances.

FLEXOBAG cannot, however, guarantee the effective delivery period, so the delays that occur between dispatch and reception do not give the right to cancel the order or to demand any compensation from us, in any way.
Whenever the delay in the shipment or delivery of the products occurs, FLEXOBAG cannot be held responsible, however, in these cases, it must inform the customers of the reasons for the delay.


FLEXOBAG undertakes to deliver products in the Continental territory, to the location indicated by the customer, provided that it is located at ground level. In the event that the site does not respect these conditions, and at the request of the buyer, FLEXOBAG will present the best solution, with the additional recurring costs being charged to the buyer. The buyer specifically undertakes to:
have someone on site to receive the order. (If due to absence or closed location the delivery does not take place, new postage will be charged)
- count the volumes and check if this number matches the number indicated on the conveyor's transport slip;

- check the good condition of all packages;

- in case of transport problems, such as damaged packaging, signs of mistreatment or violation, these must be recorded on the carrier's transport guide, as well as information to FLEXOBAG, in writing, within a maximum of 72 hours.

Delivery to the Islands of Madeira and the Azores is made until the Forwarder indicated by the customer in Mainland Portugal, the transportation from that point and associated costs being the responsibility of the customer.

FLEXOBAG's liability in terms of warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, pure and simple, of the items that we have recognized as being defective and that have been returned to our warehouses, within 14 days from the date of shipment. . Our guarantee excludes the consequences of normal wear and tear, as well as abnormal use or defective maintenance.


According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, article 12, in the 14 days after receiving the product (s) purchased on our website, the customer may, without any penalty or need for justification, exercise their right to terminate the contract, under the terms legally provided for. For return after delivery, the customer must contact the Customer Support service that the company provides, through the line 234 623 612. In the case of returning a product purchased in the online store, under the terms and conditions above, FLEXOBAG will refund the customer of the price corresponding to the items purchased within a maximum period of 14 days after the return and through the payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase. The Customer will fully bear the costs of the initial delivery and return of the goods.The article must not show signs of use and must be accompanied by the original packaging.
The reimbursement of the value of the articles will be made after the validation of the fulfillment of the return conditions described above has been validated.

We inform our customers that FLEXOBAG - Comércio de Embalagens, Lda with taxpayer nr. 505944138 is at your disposal for any clarification or resolution, of any problem related to the services provided and / or goods provided. It is also informed that the means of Alternative Dispute Resolution available to the consumer is the CNIACC - National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts.
